Usernames and Passwords​
Think very carefully before you post pictures of yourself online.  Digital images can stay on the internet forever and employers often search online for information about potential and existing employees. ​
Please do not take, use, share, publish or distribute images of others without their permission.  
Inform an adult straight away about any communication that makes you feel uncomfortable, is offensive, discriminatory, threatening or bullying in nature and do not respond to any such communication.
​Keep your username and password safe and secure.  Do not share it or try to use any other person’s username and password.

Be polite and responsible when you communicate with others, Do not use strong, aggressive or inappropriate language and appreciate that others may have different opinions. 
Do not disclose or share personal information about yourself or others when on-line (this could include names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, age, gender, educational details, financial details etc )
Always put research into your own words.  If you do copy and paste from the Internet, you must give credit to the author and be aware that you will only earn marks for your own work.
If you meet the age requirements for social media accounts, be selective with friend requests and mindful of fake accounts.  Update your security settings regularly and be very careful about what you share

Google Classroom

The online learning platform for St. Patrick's Academy is Google Classroom.  Students only are permitted to join classes and users must sign in using their school email addresses.  Personal email addresses are not accepted.

Go to the MySchool homepage at www.c2kschools.net and click on the Google Classroom app in My Apps 
Download the Google Classroom app and sign in using your school email address e.g. jsmith123@c2ken.net

Any pupil having difficulty logging on to Google Classroom are advised to reset their school password (if necessary) and use school email to contact their Class Tutor.

 Using an Xbox or Play Station to access My School and Google Classroom

Xbox
PlayStation
  1. Plug a keyboard in to the Xbox USB port
  2. Go in to "my games and apps"
  3. Find Microsoft Edge and select
  4. Type in https://www.c2kschools.net
  5. Log in as you would in school (with your username and password)
  6. You can access your work as you can in school including Google Classroom, Microsoft Word etc.
  1. Identify the PlayStation internet browser icon (It is WWW with dots around it)
  2. ​ Press the PS4 logo on the controller
  3. Go to the library and find options for games and applications
  4. Go in to applications and you will find the internet browser​
  5. Type in https://www.c2kschools.net
  6. Log in as you would in school (with your username and password)
  7. You can access your work as you can in school including Google Classroom, Microsoft Word etc.

How to change your school password

​C2k passwords automatically expire after 120 days.  Click on the Customise link at the top of the My School Homepage to see when your password is due to run out.  ​

​If your password has already expired or you become locked out of your account, please email smoran845@c2ken.net with your full name, username and form class.
