Each pupil in KS4 is timetabled for PD, one period per week. 

Central to the PD programme is:

• Development among pupils of an awareness of their own personal dignity and worth.

• The fostering of a high standard of moral and social development.

• The encouragement of a high degree of self-discipline in pupil’ s attitude to teachers, peers and parents.

• The equipping of pupils with the life skills necessary to make positive choices when faced with the challenge of modern life.
